Troubleshooting Logout, Login, and Authentication Issues

When unexpectedly being logged out (electrical outages, surges, etc) use these steps below if you experience challenges logging back in.

For OKTA / SSO Users:
  1. With your browser open, press F12 on your keyboard
  2. Once pressed, a console window will appear on the right side of the screen
  3. Click “Console”
  4. Next, right click on the refresh button

 

For Google Chrome:

  1. Choose “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”

For Microsoft Edge:

  1. Choose "Empty cache and hard refresh"

6. Once this has been done, close all open browsers

7. Re-open your browser and physically type this into the URL bar: https://aivaconnect.ai

8. Select "Portal"

9. Select "Login"

10. Select "OKTA"

11. Enter your @fblasvegas.com username

12. Select "Next"

13. Enter your password

14. Select "Verify"

15. Select the BluIP AIVA Connect tile

16. Select "Preview Phone"

For Non-SSO Users:
  1. With your browser open, press F12 on your keyboard
  2. Once pressed, a console window will appear on the right side of the screen
  3. Click “Console”
  4. Next, right click on the refresh button

 

For Google Chrome:

  1. Choose “Empty Cache and Hard Reload”

For Microsoft Edge:

  1. Choose “Empty cache and hard refresh”

6. Once this has been done, close all open browsers

7. Re-open your browser and physically type this into the URL bar: https://aivaconnect.ai

8. Select "Login"

9. Enter your BluIP provided email address and password

10. Select "Login"
